Where do you deliver to?

We will deliver anywhere in mainland UK as well as non-mainland UK.  

Delivery costs

Delivery to the UK Mainland for standard frames costs is as follows:-

0 to 4 frames:          £30.00

4 to 8 frames           £60.00

8 to 12 frames         £90.00

12 frames & over    £120.00

Over 13 frames contact us for delivery costs.

If ordering from the Scottish & UK Islands please contact for delivery costs prior to ordering.

Which delivery Service is used?

DHL Parcels & DHL Domestic are our main delivery services however smaller orders may be sent using other couriers.

All prices shown on the site include VAT.

What is the refund / exchange policy for online purchases?
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Any order mistakes or shortages must be made know to us within 7 days of the order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We do not refund any return postage incurred in returning the item/s to us.  

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:-

Frames - this includes standard and bespoke frames that are built to order

Clearance items

Special order items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):-
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@artistssurfaces.co.uk and send your item to: Artists Surfaces Ltd, Unit 49, Anniesland Business Park, Glasgow, G13 1EU.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail or ship your your product to: Artists Surfaces Limited, Unit 49, Anniesland Business Park, Glasgow, G13 1EU.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the reason for return is for defective or damaged goods. Goods should be packaged securely to avoid any damage to them during transit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
